Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (shipping minimum is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discount codes have been applied).
STANDARD SHIPPING available on orders over $99 has an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days from fulfillment and is FREE.
STANDARD SHIPPING available on orders $99 and under has an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days from fulfillment and is $7.95 to ship.
All orders placed with Fog + Fern Clothing Co. ship within 3 business days from Forks, WA. This varies upon holiday, busier seasons, etc.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once we have successfully packaged your shipment, you will then receive an email update notification to the email address supplied with the order with the notice that will also include your tracking number. Be sure to check all junk/spam folders for any confirmation or update emails from us regarding your order. If you did not receive an email immediately upon placing your order, reach out to us at support@fogandfernco.com so that our staff can assist you on confirming your order, or locating, correcting or changing the email on file.
If you accidently placed an order or want to cancel, please reach out to us immediately at support@fogandfernco.com. Typically, our staff ships orders with a sense of urgency to get all orders out in a fast/timely manner. If your order has already been shipped, we apologize but are unable to collect or cancel your order. In this instance, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Fog + Fern Clothing Co. is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address
- Lost packages
- Lost or damaged packages marked as delivered
