Please remember...every item is handmade, so no 2 items will be exactly the same, even if it is the same design. For hand stamped charms and metals each letter and symbol is stamped 1 at a time, so the placement and depth will not be exact on every piece. This makes your item one of a kind!

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items (items discounted more than 10% or priced ending in .99).
