Return Policy

Am I eligible for a return?

Item is unworn, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no makeup stains, item has no deodorant stains, item has no animal hair, item has no smells of smoke, items are not final sale (ending in .99), items fall within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS + EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT

Store Credit issued for items that meet the following criteria:

-Unwashed, Unworn, Unopened, Unaltered, with tags attached

-Strain + Odor Free

-NOT a Final Sale Item (Marked $0.99, Daily Deals, Pre-Orders, Holiday Items, Food)

-NOT a Jewelry item, Swimwear, Hair Accessories, Hat, Eyewear, Scarf, Handbag, Undergarments, Shapewear, Socks, or Bodysuit—this is for hygienic purposes

-If discounted, the discount must have been less than 20%

-Delivered +/or in-store purchased within the last 14 days

Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account for regular priced items (sale items are final--items ending in $0.99) that are postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date or 14 days from the in store transaction.

All returns must be approved by management.

Send us an email to support@fogandfernco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once it is approved, you may ship the item/items back to us at whichever location it was purchased from.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit to your account.

Defective Item

Please email customer service at support@fogandfernco.com within 3 business days of package arriving. Include the invoice number, sku/name of item and picture(s) of the defect on the item. We will work on sending a replacement or giving a full refund.

Final Sale Merchandise

All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final (end in $0.99). All sales are final on all shapewear (shapers, leggings, shorts), jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes. Items discounted more than 20% are also final sale items and are not eligible for refund/store credit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after an order has been placed.

Altering or Canceling An Order

Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).

Shipping

$7.95 flat rate standard shipping fee (United States). Allow 3-5 business days for processing (longer if a custom made to order item was ordered). Fog + Fern Clothing Co. is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS.
