These high waist leggings were made using shiny polyester-spandex blend, four-way stretch fabric. They look like patent leather but breathable and low maintenance. They have a brushed inner lining to keep you warm. The high waistband offers abs support whilst houses a discreet phone pouch. 80% polyester, 20% spandex. Tummy control. Brushed inner lining. Moisture-wicking. Four-way stretch.
